Full Planning is where my expertise really shines! From start to finish I will help you plan your perfect wedding carrying out the many tasks on your behalf; often saving you time, money and reducing stress along the way.
The run up to your wedding day can quite often be overwhelming, expensive and stressful. 3 months before the big day I will analyse your wedding plan, coordinate with your suppliers, tie up loose ends and then coordinate your day. This package includes two consultations where we can discuss your day and the finer details so I can gain an understanding of your requirements and expectations – the latter of the consultations will be a month before your big day.
This is the perfect option for those brides and grooms who have been happy to plan their wedding but want to be able to handover to someone that they trust on the day. I will meet with you one month prior to your wedding where we will discuss the day and the finer details so I can gain an understanding of the requirement and expectation. On the day, I will work behind the scenes with you, the wedding party and your suppliers to make your special day run as smoothly as possible so you can enjoy your wedding day without the need for those extra worries.
When time is of the essence and you feel things are not resolvable or you need to overcome the unforeseen, I might just have the rescue remedy for you!
An ideal place to start when planning your wedding is to find your dream venue, but this is easier said than done. What type of wedding venue do you want – a grand stately home, rustic barn, tipi, or garden marquee? It’s a hard decision to make with so many venues out there to choose from, and where do you find the time to visit them all? Let ME help!
I will arrange a free consultation with you to make a note of your wishes, before researching venues that suit your requirements and budget. I will provide you with a shortlist of venues, helping you choose the ideal place to hold your wedding.
When planning your wedding, the amount of suppliers you need to get in touch with can be very overwhelming. As a wedding planner, I have a vast array of affordable, friendly suppliers and I am always on the lookout for new businesses to add to my list. From photographers to caterers, florists to photo booths, I have an excellent network of contacts who come well recommended. A big bonus is that I’ll be able to save you money when using my recommended suppliers!
I’d love to hear from you so that I can offer some support. If you tell me what you are looking for, I will find it for you, collating a list of options for you to choose from.
There are some additional chargeable services which I can offer such as guest list management, decorations for hire and entertainment. These will be subject to separate arrangements and can be discussed in our initial consultation.

We opted for Kate’s 'On the Day Coordination' package as felt this would take away some of the pressure and allow us to enjoy our wedding day. On the day, knowing Kate was on the case, meant I had no worries about leaving the venue to get ready with my girls and meant I could have a nice relaxing morning. When we saw the marque set up, it gave me goosebumps – we will never forget that moment… We are truly thankful for Kate’s help and advice!
